It’s official! My renovation property has been sold! I went to closing yesterday, COVID isn’t stopping the real estate market! And thank God for that. I am really proud of the job we did and the amount of time it took from start to closing (4 months). The beautiful mural wallpaper was installed in a room that we converted to a ballet dance studio for a client. The sweet part is that I knew her from the 7th grade - and we got to see how life brought us each full circle. She wanted to get back to her passion - dancing- and it was a pleasure to help her carve out some space. The photos on the wall are vintage her - photos of her dancing in high school. I love projects like these!
