THE STORY BEHIND THE WORK
As the granddaughter of farmers who built a business during a time when that was uncommon for African Americans, resilience, independence, and entrepreneurship are part of my DNA.
I started my real estate career with no office, no staff, and no seed money—just a vision, a willingness to work, and an unrelenting belief that I was meant to build something of my own. Before real estate, I worked as an Advertising Executive, where I learned the value of understanding people, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Those lessons became the foundation of my real estate business.
Over the years, I became an Associate Broker and built a business largely through relationships, referrals, and repeat clients. I’ve had the privilege of mentoring other real estate professionals and watching them build successful businesses of their own. Real estate was the beginning of my entrepreneurial journey, not the end of it. Since then, I’ve built and successfully exited several businesses outside of real estate and design. Each experience has deepened my understanding of leadership, strategy, problem-solving, and what it takes to turn an idea into a sustainable business. But real estate was only the beginning.
SEEING THE BIGGER PICTURE
I have always believed in homeownership as a direct route to wealth. I’m an advocate for it. A home is not only an investment, but a reflection of the people who live there and a place where life happens. With interior design and renovation, I can combine my love of creativity with my understanding of real estate and investment. Through my design work, I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients across a range of projects and have been featured in national and regional media, including HGTV, Washington Spaces, Black Enterprise, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and others.
I eventually expanded into construction, earning my General Contractor’s license so I could bring an even greater level of expertise and accountability to the renovation process—while breaking down barriers along the way. I am proud to be part of the small but growing community of Women in Construction (WIC).

These aren’t separate parts of my career. They’re connected.
My experience in real estate informs my design decisions. My design background helps me see the potential in a property. And my renovation experience helps me understand what it takes to turn that potential into reality. That perspective allows me to help clients not only buy and sell homes, but understand what their homes can become.

While my vision is executed, I don’t do this alone. I’ve built a trusted network of professionals, designers, tradespeople, and business partners who help bring each project to life. I believe great work happens when talented people come together, communicate well, and care about the outcome. When you work with me, you get US.
THERE IS NOTHING MORE PERSONAL THAN HOME.
It is an honor to work inside someone’s home. I don’t take that responsibility lightly. Buying, selling, renovating, or designing a home can be one of the most significant decisions you’ll make. My role is to bring expertise to the process, protect your interests, solve problems, and help you make decisions with confidence. At the end of the day, this work is still about people.
